Any of the following I am always looking for;

Homemade cookbooks from 1800s through 1970
Regional cookbooks by companies or groups, the older the better!
Armed Forces military or civilian cookbooks from the United States Armed Forces, world-wide. Civil war cookbooks.
Heirloom Cookbooks handed down through the generations.
Regional cuisines through out the US and world. Old cookbooks from early USSR (Russian Language OK).
